🚚 Dispatch & Delivery Details

• Dispatch Days: Monday to Friday
• Same‑Day Processing: Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday)
• Late Orders: Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched within 2 working days
• Weekend Orders: Dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday where a bank holiday applies)

While we always aim to achieve next‑day delivery within Ireland, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may vary during peak periods.

Additional time should be allowed for EU and international deliveries.

🌍 International Deliveries & Additional Shipping Fees

For certain destinations outside the EU, additional shipping fees may apply due to carrier surcharges, customs handling requirements, or destination‑specific delivery costs that may not be known at the time of checkout.

If an additional shipping charge applies after your order has been placed, our Customer Service team will contact you before dispatch to advise of the additional cost. Orders will not be dispatched until the additional shipping fee has been approved and paid.
