But too much packaging

Refills

I love these products but twice recently I had issues with the refills. With the cleanser it wouldn’t pump up from the refill and with the yellow one (good fats) the top was damaged when I unscrewed the cap of the refill and that wouldn’t pump either. As they are not inexpensive, this is very frustrating for constant use of the products.
